CVPulse is an online service. Nothing is shipped, and there are no physical goods or delivery charges.
How you receive what you buy
- Credit packs are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds.
- Your balance shows at the top of every page, and your purchase and invoice appear on your account page.
- Rewritten résumés are shown on screen and downloaded as PDF or Word files from your account.
If something doesn’t arrive
If your credits haven’t appeared within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email support@getcvpulse.com with the payment ID. We’ll add the credits or refund you, as set out in our refund policy.
